Too Faced Mascara Melt Off Cleansing Oil Waterproof Mascara Dissolver is specifically designed to help remove waterproof mascara. Instead of removing the mascara, you will be able to melt it off! This oil-based waterproof mascara dissolver comes in a tube, with a short-bristled wand, just like a mascara. You apply it as if you're putting on mascara.
