Urban Decay Troublemaker Palette is inspired by UD's eponymous holographic mascara. The palette features a square mirrored case with 10 shades: six matte eyeshadows, one of which is a base coat, and four lively metallics. In the very middle, there’s a special split, black and white shade, for laying down a base or building up a transition shade.
