NARS Velvet Matte Skin Tint SPF 30/PA+++ is an oil free tinted moisturizer that protects and perfects the skin with a soft-matte finish. The oil-free formula features Transparent Blurring Powders to deliver a velvety-smooth, touchable feel and superior comfort on application. Fortified with antioxidant vitamins C, E, and broad spectrum SPF 30 protect against free-radical damage. In the long run, this tinted moisturizer / foundation will reduce the appearance of pores and fine lines.
