Directions
First, choose the Stencil that is most suited for your distinct facial features. Using the Tweezers, remove hair outside the stenciled area. Then, using The Duo Angled Brush, fill in the arch with the Brow Powder Duo. Lastly, apply the Clear Brow Gel by using the brush on the applicator in gentle, upward strokes to condition and hold the shape of the brow all day.
