Artdeco Eye Designer Refill is a powder eyeshadow cartridge with a long-lasting formula that does not settle in the eyelid crease. Due to the refillable cartridge system, all colors can be combined at will. The two differently shaped applicators provide a precise and professional application. The formula contains Vitamin E and nourishing waxes which maintain the eye area soft and supple. Water-resistant. Fragrance-free.
Directions
Remove transparent protective cap from double applicator pencil. Remove refill cap and screw refill carefully onto pencil.
Fit a light color for the base on the thicker applicator and a darker shade to the thinner applicator for finer lines or for the accentuation of individual eye areas.
