Artdeco Eyeshadow Base is a color neutral, nourishing base. The creamy texture prevents the deposition of eyeshadow in the eyelid crease and makes the color of the eyeshadow easy-to-apply, long-lasting, intense and shiny. The formula contains Bisabolol which calms the eyelid and neutralizes its color and Vitamin E which nourishes and protects the sensitive eye area. Suitable for contact lens wearers and for all kinds of eyeshadows. Free of animal ingredients.
