Directions
With the eyeliner you can line the inner or outer corner of your eye. If you want to soften the line you can blend it lightly with your fingertip. You can also apply the eyeliner across your whole eyelid and blend it like an eye-shadow. Then apply mascara onto your lashes. You can also use the mascara as a top coat over a regular black mascara.
