Bobbi Brown Sea Pearls Shimmer Brick Eye Palette features a wonderful selection of marine hues with pearlescent finish. The palette is packed in a mirror compact but it doesn’t come with an applicator brush included. The reason for this is Bobbi’s recommendation that you should use fingertip to swipe each color separately-then apply it to the eyelid to get that blurry shimmering look.
