Clinique Stay-Matte Universal Blotting Powder is an ultra-fine transparent powder fortified with oil-absorbing ingredients. The power is designed to help reduce shine and give a natural, demi-matte finish to any skin tone. The formulation includes optical diffusers, which may minimize the appearance of fine lines, wrinkles, pores, and various imperfections. Thanks to the special “Slurry” technology, the particles in the powder are evenly distributed, which ensures a translucent finish. The powder can be applied under or over foundation, without making skin look cakey.
Directions
Dab powder over areas of shine to mattify. Use alone or over makeup. Repeat as needed.
