Hydrating Toner

A naturally scented hydrating and brightening toner. Firms and tones skin with natural herbal extracts and potent antioxidants. Does not contain alcohol and will not strip the skin. Replenishes and balances skin's moisture levels, while it purifies, soothes and prepares skin to absorb moisturizers more effectively.

Witch Hazel Extract, a natural astringent, calms redness while minimizing the appearance of pores. 

Green Tea Extract is a potent antioxidant that protects the skin from the damaging effect of free radicals.

Algae Extract hydrates and protects skin.

Pullulan firms and tightens skin. 

Japanese Knotweed improves the tone and quality of skin.

Vitamin C provides powerful antioxidant protection.

Natural Tangerine & Orange Peel provides a light refreshing fragrance. 

Paraben, Sulfate and Pthalate-Free.

AM/PM. After cleansing, saturate a cotton pad and stroke over face and neck.
