Directions
Twist off the tip of the capsule, warm the oil between the palms and apply to cleansed face and neck. In colder climates, the oil can solidify. Use one Rose capsule in the morning, and one Lavender in the night.

I love these capsules because they work so well at detoxing the skin. Use a rose pink one in the morning and a lavender green one at night every day - I find them most effective for me in cycles of 7 days on then 7 days off. Gets the impurities out of your skin fast, and gets it healed and glowing. And they smell so pure of the essential oils, not like some capsules which smell synthetic. These are the best I've tried, and I'm always sad when I get to the end of a pot. Not cheap, but worth it.
