Line the eye, using the Eyeliner. Apply to the upper and lower lash line as desired. Apply a light Eyeshadow color to the brow bone and inner eye corner of the eye to highlight the brown and eye. With the Eyeshadow Applicator, blend a mid-toned Eyeshadow color onto the eyelid from the lash line to the crease. Blend edges. Apply a deeper Eyeshadow color to the outer 1/3 of the eye lid in the crease, blending as you go and building the color gradually. Apply eye shadow over the eyeliner. This helps to set it and holds the liner in place for longer. Re-line the lash line with the Eyeliner for a more defined and dramatic look if desired.
