Apply a dark colored eyeshadow at the lash line and using a back-and-forth motion blend and smudge the color in until desired intensity. You can also soften any cream or pencil eyeliner by smudging out the edges to create a smoky look. To define and contour the eye, apply the color onto the eyelid right below the brow bone and blend in using the same method as above.
