E.l.f. Mineral Eye Brightener refreshes your eye while diminishing the appearance of dark shadows. The formula is infused with Chamomile, Greet Tea, Mulberry and Vitamins C and E that nourish, tighten and refresh. You can use it as an eyeshadow base or around the nose, lips and anywhere you want to brighten.

• Directions

  Using a small brush sweep over the powder and apply a small amount of the powder to the inner and outer corner of the eye to brighten and create an awakened look.
