E.l.f. Studio Eyeliner & Shadow Stick is a twist-up stick that helps you achieve color intensity for your eyes. The dark soft gel “liner” creates dramatic definition to the eyes and the light-reflecting pigments help line the eye subtly but intensely for a more enhanced effect. The smooth glide “shadow” stick provides soft highlighting color on the eyes to complement the liner. This stick is also perfect for creating a smoky eye effect. No sharpening needed.

Directions
Glide on the dark soft gel “liner” to create dramatic definition to the eyes.
