E.l.f. Studio Eyeshadow "C" Brush is an anti bacterial, synthetic haired Taklon brush, that can be used with wet or dry products. This soft and more absorbent brush creates the perfect smokey eye and gives more control for more specific blending needs. Vegan Friendly.

  • Directions

    Dip brush into product and apply to eye. To create the smokey eye, apply the brush tip on the outward corner of the eye by pressing the color in a C shape from the lash line up, flip the C on the right eye so it creates an outward curve. Blend color inward for definition.
