Dual Perfection Brow Shaper & Eyeliner

Elizabeth Arden Dual Perfection Brow Shaper & Eyeliner is a brow shaper and eyeliner in a single product. You can use it wet or dry, depending on the amount of drama you’d like to add to your look.

Mimic the natural brows. Apply in short, feather-like hair strokes, never in a straight, solid line. Dip the short, stiff, angled brush in the product and apply it to the brows starting at the arch of the brows and working outwards. Always go in the same direction of the hairs.
