Hourglass Film Noir Full Spectrum Mascara has a unique Film Noir's signature hourglass-shaped brush that provides optimal application, adds volume, lengthens, lifts and separates your lashes. The formula is enriched with an intense concentration of Panthenol (ProVitamin B5) which immediately binds to lashes, helping to add volume and thickness, Acacia Senegal Gum which acts as an adhesive to prevent flaking and smudging, Beeswax and Natural Vegetable Oils which help condition lashes for added shine and softness. The formula does not contain Sulfates, Synthetic Fragrances, Synthetic Dyes, Phthalates, GMOs or Triclosan.
