Hourglass Film Noir Lash Laquer is an ultra-glossy very
light top coat for lashes. It delivers the same effect to lashes as a lip-gloss
would make to lips: it elongates the lashes, makes them darker and shiny. It
also contains vitamin E, to keep the lashes soft and supple, and protect them
from environmental effects.
