  Dab Lip Strobe on the center of your lips for a subtle strobing effect.
  
  Wear it Huda’s signature way and blot off the excess for a glistening shimmer without the gloss. Apply all over and blot with a tissue to remove excess gloss and keep only the shimmers on your lips.
