Directions
Powder Foundation can be used with a damp brush for a fuller coverage or with a dry brush for medium coverage. Using a domed blusher brush and blending in short swirling motions will provide a medium coverage and a natural finish. Applying with a damp foundation brush will provide a full coverage with one application for a flawless result. Use an angled blusher brush to use Powder Foundation as a contouring powder.
