Directions
After cleansing, sweep the primer onto your forehead, temples, cheeks, jawline, neck and décolletage. In outward and upward motions, use your fingertips to gently glide onto your face and neck, massaging into the skin to stimulate circulation and prep for optimal brightening. Using the brush, paint on a thin, even layer of Brilliance Brightening Mask Gel Cream to your neck and face. Sweep upward from the neck and outward from the center, allowing it to infuse for eight minutes and seal in all the brightening benefits.
