Laura Geller Angle Eyes Waterproof Precision Liquid Liner is a waterproof liquid eyeliner which glides on smoothly to deliver deep, dark and lustrous color. • Directions

  Apply on top of eyeshadow, if preferred. Angle the tip of the wand gently as you draw the applicator from the tube. Rest eyeliner tip at the base of the lashes for maximum results. When applying to the bottom lash line, use either an angled eyeliner brush or makeup cotton swab to soften the line. Let dry completely before applying mascara!
