• Directions

  Apply a deeper matte colour along the lash line and smudge up with the Smudge Eye Brush, then build the colour with a neutral colour into the crease with the Eye Crease Brush and with the Finishing Eye Brush layer the Chrome Pearl Topper all over the lid.
