MAC Into The Well Eyeshadow enables you to create a smooth, highly pigmented paste in the central cavity of the pressed powder by pouring a little bit of water into it. This way, the central portion of the eyeshadow pot transforms into an eyeliner, while the outer section remains dry and can be used as a regular eyeshadow.
