Directions
- Prep lips with a moisturizing lip balm.
- Apply Aqua Lip as a base and to contour and shape the lips.
- For the best result, apply with MAKE UP FOR EVER Lip Brush #3N.
- Place the lipstick in the center of the lips and blend outward.
