Mally City Chick Smolders contains all the shades you need to create perfect eye makeup: base,lid illuminator, eye shaper and smoldering liner. Available in two color harmonies.

• Directions

  Smooth on my cream to powder base, this will keep your shadow lasting
  as long as you do! Take the lid illuminator shade and apply from the lash line to the crease. Next, take the eye-shaper
  shade right in the crease using a windshield wiper motion to blend and diffuse shadow. If you have a bit of a flatter shaped eye, put shadow just above the crease and blend. Lastly, for the defined yet sexy look, use the smoldering liner along the bottom lash line and finish off with a nice lash curl and two coats of Volumizing mascara on top, one on the bottom. For an extra touch of amazing… line inner rims with Evercolor Starlight Waterproof liner in Midnight. Smoldering!!!!
