The oil phase quickly dissolves oil based products, while a water phase that uses gentle action cleansers quickly unlocks today’s modern seals and float makeup off the skin, eyes and lips. When shaken, the phases work together to sweep away makeup, leaving skin fresh and clean.
Ingredients
Water (Aqua Purificata), Cyclotetrasiloxane, Isohexadecane, Cyclopentasiloxane, Butylene Glycol, Glycerin, Aloe Barbadensis Leaf Extract, Foeniculum Vulgare (Fennel) Fruit Extract, Cucumis Sativus (Cucumber) Fruit Extract, Benzyl Alcohol, Poloxamer 184, Sodium Chloride, Benzalkonium Chloride, Disodium Edta, Sodium Dehydroacetate, Methylparaben, Blue 1 (Ci 42090).
Directions
Shake the makeup remover well to combine oil and water phases. Saturate cotton pad with remover and stroke gently across lashes or lips.
