Mally Liquid Light Eye Brightener is a powder-to-liquid-to-powder product which provides the portability of a powder, the blend ability and smoothness of a liquid, and the staying power of a powder. The formula is infused with tiny little pigments encapsulated in water which instantly cools and evaporates product back in skin for a super hydrating effect. The brightener never falls into lines and wrinkles.
