Directions
Define your eye look with Blacquer (black shade) to emphasize the lash line, waterline, or to create an ultra-fine cat eye. Line the waterline with (Big)eyes! (white shade) for a bright, wide-eyed appearance. The shades are sold separately. This is not a set.
