• Directions

  Hold liner tool against your lash line, eyelid, or outer corner of your eye depending on where you want to position eyeliner. Take your liquid eyeliner pen and use the tool to help you apply a perfect line extending out into your desired flick or cat eye. Extend and thicken the liner using tapered edge and move from the lash line to the crease as desired.
