ModelCo Hailey Baldwin On-The-Glow is a creamy highlighter designed to give a sheer glow, without any sparkle. The illuminator can be worn alone or layered under on over any makeup base. It leaves a subtle, luminous and light-reflecting sheen that works on all skin tones.

Available in three shades:

• Spotlight - translucent, sheer pearl
• Rose Glow - sheer, rose gold, and

• Directions

  Apply over cheekbones, bridge of nose, brow bones, bow of the lips, and eyelids as desired. Apply with fingers or dab into skin using a ModelCo MAGIC MAKEUP BLENDER.
