NARS Velvet Lip Glide is a matte lipstick that promises to nourish your lips and keep them nicely moisturized. NARS Velvet Lip Glide for Fall 2016 is based on NARS’ proprietary Oil Infusion Complex, which allows for a smooth, gliding effect and a fully saturated color.
