Directions
HOW TO USE WITH EYESHADOW:
Apply shadow to the tip of the brush. Sweep across upper lashline from inner corner of the eye toward outer corner as close to the lash line as possible. Sweep under lower lashline if a more dramatic effect is desired.
HOW TO USE WITH EYE PENCIL:
Line eye with pencil. Using clean brush (or with shadow), blend line from inner corner out toward outer corner using small, sweeping strokes.
