Directions
Using our Eyebrow Makeup Brush, dip into the Mineral Brow Perfection brow shaping wax and brush against the brow growth to "fluff" eyebrows. Dip the Eye Brow Makeup Brush into the brow powder and fill in eyebrows to the desired consistency.
