Directions
Using the Eyeliner Brush, start from the inner eye and work toward the outer corners, applying the gel with short, precise strokes. To create a smoky effect, lightly smudge the eye colour to achieve a soft, sultry finish. Remember to keep the cap on when not in use to avoid drying or hardening.
