Pupa Blue Paradise Luminys Baked Eyeshadow includes 4 new shades with pearly and bright effects, inspired by “The Blue Lagoon”. You can use them wet or dry.
Directions
Use 02 Coral Sun as a base colour on the eyelid, blending it up to the eyebrow. Use the applicator tip to underline the lower eyelid, too. From the end corner of the eye, apply 04 Gold Brown colour, following the crease line.
Then use the wet applicator and tap 03 Marine Water colour going approximately half way through, on the inner part of the eye.
