Directions
1. Use the fine tip to draw a line around the upper lid.
2. Just above the lashes, move brush from inside out.
3. For lower lid, bring the line just below the lashes moving outside in.
4. To care for your brush, clean from base to tip using mild soap and water.
5. Rinse and allow the brush to dry on its side.
