Revlon Multi-Care Base & Top Coat strengthens and smoothes your nails from bottom to top and prevents yellowing. It also seals and protects with high-shine finish. The formula contains UV absorbers that fight sunlight to keep your nail color pure and patented plasticizers and an acrylic polymer that form a shiny, flexible shield. The formula does not contain DBP, Toluene and Formaldehyde.
Directions
Apply one coat both under and over Revlon® Nail Enamel.
