  Warm a really small amount in your hands (and we do mean a small amount, no more than a raindrop for both hands) and massage directly anywhere onto the skin. Natural Shea Butter is a rich cream and may take a few minutes to be absorbed by the skin. Use within 12 months of opening as this product does not contain artificial preservatives.
