Directions
Starting at the inner corner of the eye, use ARCED LINER BRUSH #21 to sweep CREAM EYE LINER or JET SET WATERPROOF EYE LINER along lashline using long, fluid strokes. For extra intensity, apply JET SET along the inner rim of the eye.
