Smashbox Insta-Matte Lipstick Transformer is a lipstick mattifier that can be used on any cream lipstick to transform it into a velvety-matte finish.  This innovative gel matiffier was originally developed for professional makeup artists, to minimize the number of lipsticks they need to carry in their kits. It instantly changes any cream formula into a non-drying sophisticated matte, which is never chalky.

  • Directions

    Apply over cream lipstick using finger, until a matte look is achieved. Should not be used with lip glosses, lacquers, or balms.
