Stila Little White Lies Heavenly Highlighting Palette is a trio of white highlighters that seem to be similar in color. But, when applied and blended, each shade magically transforms to varying pastel bright.
The highlighter is formulated with color-shifting technology, using a seemingly white base infused with pearl particles. Each pearl contains a luminescent core so, when blended on skin, it flips to its shimmering shade.
