Tarte EmphasEYES™ Amazonian Clay Waterproof Brow Pencil is a slim waterproof eyebrow pencil that lasts long and nourishes your skin with waxes, pigments, aloe and vitamins. Available in two shades: taupe - universal for blonde, auburn, lighter brown or grey hair, and medium brown - best for medium to dark brown or black hair.
Ingredients
Ethylhexyl stearate, cera carnauba, hydrogenated palm kernel glycerides, hydrogenated palm glycerides, silica, aloe barbadensis leaf extract, tocopherol, retinyl palmitate. (+/-): Iron Oxides, (CI 77492, 77491, 77499), titanium dioxide (CI 77891), manganese violet (CI 77742).
Directions
1. Hold emphasEYES vertically to the side of your nose to determine where your brow should begin.
2. Find where your brow should end by tilting the pencil on the outside corner of your nose aligned with the
outside corner of your eye.
3. Using the tip of emphasEYES brow fill in sparse areas with small hairlike strokes in the direction of hair growth.
4. Using the brush groom & control brows into place.
