Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Highlighter Brush is a plush double-ended highlighting and strobing brush. The smaller, precision brush, made of synthetic fibers, brightens up the undereye area, while it illuminates the top of cheeks, nose, and brow bones. The angled, fluffy brush creates an incandescent glow on the cheeks and forehead.
Directions
Try using with the Rainforest of the Sea™ skin twinkle lighting palette. Use the smaller, precision brush to correct dark circles and illuminate the high points of the face such as the top of cheeks, nose, and brow bones. Use the larger, angled fluffy brush for dusting and blending highlighter all over the face for a natural-looking glow.
