Tarte Rainforest of the Sea Radiance Drops is a liquid highlighter formulated with Tarte’s proprietary Rainforest of the Sea complex, coconut and jojoba oil, as well as antioxidant vitamin E. The thin, watery formula is very easy to mix and blend. The illuminator can be used on its own, for on the spot strobing and highlighting; mixed with foundation for an allover glow; or combined with a body oil for a sun-kissed shimmer.
