The high-pigment cream eye shadow in the cap that’s the perfect base for the loose and sparkling powder in the package bottom. Layer the shades, or just wear metallic shadow alone for a shimmery look, or cream for a matte look.

Directions
First, use your fingertip to apply the cream concentrate. Then, use your eye shadow brush (or fingertip) to firmly press the loose powder eye shadow over the cream concentrate.
