The Blackest Liner

The Estée Edit by Estée Lauder The Blackest Liner is an extremely black, soft marker liner, which promises to give no less than 12 hours of wear. Its liner’s flexible, marker-like tip allows for a smooth, even line.

 

Draw the line starting from the inner corner of the upper eyelid, continuing to the outer corner, getting as close to the lash line and possible. As you reach the corners, make the line slightly thicker. Use light pressure for a thin line, and press down harder for a thicker line.
