The palette includes 14 shades with satin, pearl, and sparkle finishes + two transforming shades (Rays Sparkle, Silver Sparkle), formulated with Black Light Technology. These party hues work in black light to create glow-in-the-dark effect glow in the dark effect. You may wear them alone, or on top of any other eyeshadow. In daylight, shade transformers look like regular shimmery shades, but under black light they turn out to be intense and glowing!
