• Directions

  1. For smoky eyes that last, apply Urban Decay Eyeshadow Primer Potion anywhere you'll apply shadow.
  2. Apply light shadow from the crease to the top of your brow bone.
  3. Smudge dark shadow on your entire lid. Work right into, and slightly out of, crease. Working from upper lash line, wrap around at the outer corners and underneath, smudging into your lower lash line as well.
  4. Line the outer edges of upper & lower lash lines with 24/7 Glide-On Eye Pencil in Zero. Tip: Vary the drama and intensity of your look by thickening the line of eye pencil. For an extra dose of rock star drama, line the inside rim of lower lash. (Even try inside the upper if you dare!)
  5. Add two coats of Skyscraper Multi-Benefit Mascara.
  6. Use a bit of Eyeshadow Primer Potion on lips, (especially at edges to keep lip color from feathering), and apply Wicked Lipstick over entire lip area.
